Accommodation

The accommodation is spacious with the emphasis on simplicity and comfort. Brand new renovation and furnishing 2008.

The gite has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6-8 people

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people

Both the gite and the apartment benefit from environmentally efficient air conditioning and heating which you control yourself via thermostats in each room.

The main house

The lounge is light and airy, with double height ceiling up to the original beams, and exposed stone walls.

 

The lounge has comfortable sofas, books, games, CD player and CDs and television with DVD player and a selection of DVDs...and leads out to the terrace.

On the large first floor terrace, you can barbeque or simply relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views.

This gîte comprises three large bedrooms; an ensuite double (shower and basin), a further double and a twin.

The double rooms have kingsize beds (160x200cm mattresses).

A single futon is also available for slightly larger groups or guests bringing several children.

As well as a large shower and WC, the separate upstairs bathroom includes a bath* suitable for bathing children. There is a second, separate WC downstairs.

*We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible, including efficiency of water consumption but we know that for young children and babies a bath is a must. The bath in the gite is ideally sized for children rather than adults.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan with the dining area and lounge.

with french windows out onto the vined courtyard (shared with the owners' house).

It is accessed via French windows from the courtyard and all on one floor, so potentially suitable for the less mobile.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

To save you bringing or buying beach/sunbathing towels, we do make them available if you require, for a small supplement (to cover laundering).

A cot, changing mat, baby bath chair, high chair, potty, steam steriliser etc are available on request if you are bringing a baby or small children. We can even loan you children's toys for rainy days.
