We accept bookings and payments in GBP sterling (£) or in Euros, by bank transfer or by cheque.

Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, GBP £ prices may change. A booking made with deposit guarantees the rate agreed.

Availability 2008/2009 Main Gite

***Short stay 3 nights 9-12 August - 300€***

***Short stay 4 nights 19-23 August - 400€***

In high/peak season, when the gîtes are available, other short stays are possible at short notice at the following rates:

Main gite - €100 per night but with a minimum payment of €200

Apartment - €70 per night, but with a minimum payment of €140

Availability 2008/2009 Apartment

• Rentals run from Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00. Other rental periods (e.g. Wednesday to Wednesday) are available on request, we may ask a surcharge especially in high season.
• The main gite sleeps 6 and the apartment sleeps 4. For each additional guest staying with larger parties we will charge €75 per week to cover the costs of water, electricity and laundry.
• 50% deposit is required to secure your booking; the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque in Euros or Pounds Sterling
• Damage Deposit of €300 (£250). The damage deposit should be sent at the same time as your final payment in the form of a cheque which is held (i.e. not cashed) in case of damage and will be returned to you by post after your holiday. In the event of any damage to the property or furnishings, we will keep hold of the cheque and contact you to discuss the matter and mutually agree payment method.
• Electricity is included in summer. At all other times (Oct - April inclusive) electricity will be charged at cost at the end of the rental based on a meter reading.
• Cleaning: Cleaning is included in the price, but guests are asked to leave the house and its contents (all towels and bed linen will be washed after your departure) in the same state they found it.
